How often should you clarify?
On Average, clarifying hair 1-2 times per month should do. If you use a lot of hair products or have very hard water, clarify weekly or even twice per week. Swimmers may need to clarify more often. Its best to clarify colored hair no more than once a month; do not clarify within the first few weeks of a fresh color.
